Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between wandeli silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Boucher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, wandeli silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Boucher! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab from Boucher. silva fails with a takedown attempt. silva showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Boucher.
silva darts in and clinches Boucher up against the cage. Boucher looking to slow down the pace here. Boucher has silva pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. silva manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Boucher is trying to break the clinch but silva is controlling him. Boucher misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from silva.
silva pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Boucher tries to sprawl out of it but silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boucher manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. silva shoots for a takedown but Boucher saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for wandeli silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boucher lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
silva tries to clinch there but Boucher circles away.
silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boucher tries to avoid it but silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boucher to the ground. Boucher escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. silva tries to score a power double leg takedown but Boucher sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten silva somewhat. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Boucher.
silva is breathing heavily. silva takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! silva takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Boucher lands a jab to the nose.
That's one minute gone in the round. silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Boucher. Boucher obviously looking to wear him down.
Boucher shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Boucher lands a big uppercut and silva crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but silva looks OK. Boucher waves silva back to his feet!
silva is rocked! Boucher circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends silva tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Boucher wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bob Boucher!
