Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Justice Claude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dong patriarca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Claude shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Claude tries for a takedown but patriarca sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Claude looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Some wild striking there from Claude.
patriarca shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Claude napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Claude tries to bench press patriarca off him but patriarca keeps the position.
patriarca decides to stand up, so the ref orders Claude to his feet.
Claude fails to land with a series of punches.
Claude moves in looking to clinch but patriarca pushes him off.
Claude tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but patriarca paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and patriarca counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Claude bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in patriarca's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Claude wants to lay and pray for a moment but patriarca keeps working.

Claude lands a head kick. patriarca smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Claude manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Claude has control of patriarca's left arm, preventing patriarca from doing any damage.

Claude manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. patriarca manages to get himself to full guard.

and patriarca counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Claude is refusing to be controlled, as patriarca sits in half guard.
patriarca throwing shots but Claude is blocking nicely.
Claude pushes patriarca off looking to stand but patriarca dives back in and keeps control.
patriarca is controlling the pace.
Claude is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of patriarca's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take patriarca's back!

Claude works to advance to full mount. patriarca defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Claude ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Claude no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
patriarca stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Claude swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Claude looking for a guillotine here but patriarca defends easily.
Claude is trying to control the position but patriarca postures up.

Well Claude has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
