Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Clayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clayton comes to the cage accompanied by Monster. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Clayton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Dux! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dux throws a head kick but Clayton moves out of range.
Dux tries to clinch but Clayton is having none of it. Dux uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Clayton. Clayton throws a head kick that misses and Dux counters with a head kick. That will keep Clayton thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Dux keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Clayton. Dux swinging wilding here.
Clayton could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dux throws a nice head kick!

Nice sprawl there from Clayton as Dux shoots in. Frank Dux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clayton throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dux was covering up waiting for the punch and Clayton finishes the takedown easily into guard. Dux utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Clayton trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clayton in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Dux is looking to sweep but instead, Clayton has passed into half guard.
Clayton not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Clayton working Dux over with strikes. Clayton is nestled in close to Dux, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Clayton thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Clayton is pressing down on Dux's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dux is holding on for now. Dux on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dux is trying to control but can't.

Clayton lands strikes from half guard. Clayton landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Dux looks gassed! Clayton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dux with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dux is looking to escape. Clayton lands strikes from half guard. Clayton sitting and controlling from the half guard. Dux blocking the ground and pound attempt from Clayton. Clayton is thwarting Dux's attempts to control the position. Dux wants to stand back up but Clayton manages to pass into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Clayton stands up. Dux takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Clayton misses with a looping left. Dux rushes Clayton and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Clayton ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Clayton no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Dux throws a strike but Clayton rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Dux keeping moving, preventing Clayton from controlling successfully. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dux controls Clayton momentarily but Clayton frees himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Clayton dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Clayton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dux is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Clayton jumps into side control! Clayton working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Clayton connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dux some visible discomfort.
Dux is looking to regain half guard here but Clayton keeps moving and retains side control. Clayton scoring with punches and elbows. Dux really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Clayton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. You can see the frustration on Dux's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Clayton wants to control but Dux is keeping him busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dux taking punishment in the form of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Dux taking a bit of punishment here - Clayton scoring with strikes. Clayton connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dux some visible discomfort.
The ground and pound from Clayton seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Clayton working the ground and pound but Dux is defending the strikes. Dux trying to control but Clayton flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Clayton misses with punches from the back. Jeff Clayton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. I really don't envy Dux right now.

Clayton is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Dux up.
Clayton has his arm under Dux's chin here. Game over son! Clayton squeezes tightly and Dux is forced to tap out!
