The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
arelias shoots in for a takedown but Likkybumliineen shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
arelias closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Likkybumliineen to the mat! Likkybumliineen manages to get full guard.
Likkybumliineen wants to stand and escape but arelias is having none of it.
arelias decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Likkybumliineen, up you get!
Nice takedown defense from Likkybumliineen. No joy for arelias on that attempt.
arelias tries to close the distance and clinch but Likkybumliineen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
arelias feints and as Likkybumliineen raises his hands in defense, arelias changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Likkybumliineen shoots in for a double leg but arelias sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

arelias feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
