Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pebble Braithweight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Simeone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Braithweight comes into the arena with 300 violin blaring out of the sound system. Simeone has chosen Brucia Ancora as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simeone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Horrible takedown by Simeone or perhaps it was just good defense by Braithweight which made him look bad.
Simeone shoots for a double leg takedown but Braithweight sprawls well. He's pushed Simeone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pebble Braithweight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Simeone.
Simeone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Braithweight moves in looking to clinch but Simeone pushes him off.
Diego Simeone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Simeone prevents Braithweight from improving position.
Simeone is trying to buck Braithweight off.
Braithweight has an Americana. Simeone didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Braithweight is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Braithweight hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
