The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward looks to land a combination but senderos avoids it well.
senderos shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Ward wants to improve his position but senderos is controlling well.
Ward has hold of senderos's hands but senderos slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Ward is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so senderos is just riding it out for now. Ward eventually gives up the hold.
