Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kresten poulsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Rouge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rouge's choice of entrance music: you shit me to tears - the tennants. Kresten poulsen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kresten poulsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Rouge! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rouge scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rouge in particular looking to stall. poulsen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. poulsen wants to get back to his feet.
Rouge stalling. I looks like Rouge might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Rouge blocks the strikes from poulsen.

poulsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rouge looks gassed!

poulsen is looking for a sweep. Rouge is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Rouge controlling the action here.
Despite being in the dominant position, Robert Rouge just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. poulsen is looking to clinch but Rouge is avoiding it.

Nice move. poulsen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. poulsen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rouge's head. poulsen stalling away here and it's allowed Rouge to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. poulsen wants to control from the top but Rouge keeps moving. poulsen stands and throws Rouge's legs to the side, diving into side control.

You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. poulsen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rouge has escaped the position, nice work there. poulsen blocks the strikes from Rouge.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rouge dodges the ground and pound from poulsen. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Let's hope that Rouge has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rouge moves away and avoids it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! poulsen throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Rouge walks forward, straight into a front kick from poulsen. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robert Rouge showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Rouge throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. poulsen was covering up waiting for the punch and Rouge finishes the takedown easily into guard. Rouge trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. poulsen working a defensive guard here.
poulsen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rouge gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Rouge slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Rouge must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. poulsen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. poulsen has his foot on Rouge's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rouge works his way back into a safe position though. poulsen wants to stand but Rouge is controlling the position. Rouge works a leg free and moves into half guard. poulsen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. poulsen is trying to stand.
Well, if Rouge is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rouge has control of poulsen's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and poulsen regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Rouge is going olschool here, as he tries to force poulsen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so poulsen shrugs it off. Rouge controlling the pace for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
