The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cassemiro throws a lazy right hand but Thibodeaux sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Thibodeaux tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cassemiro paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cassemiro tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thibodeaux was well out of range. Poor timing from Cassemiro.
Cassemiro fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Thibodeaux stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cassemiro.
A slow jab from Cassemiro misses its intended target.
Cassemiro scores with a punch to the head.
Some wild striking there from Thibodeaux .
Cassemiro throws a head kick that misses.
Cassemiro lands a big head kick that sends Thibodeaux tumbling to the mat! Cassemiro takes a step backwards and waves Thibodeaux back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Thibodeaux is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Cassemiro knocks Thibodeaux out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
