Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between DerrMichael Colston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Ronaldo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DerrMichael Colston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antonio Ronaldo Nogueira!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colston shoots in but no luck this time.
Nogueira defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Colston.

Colston fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nogueira sprawls well initially but Colston persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Colston got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nogueira has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Colston has managed to get both his arms back between Nogueira's legs - danger averted.

Nogueira has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Colston can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Colston sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Nogueira's guard.

Nogueira is looking for a sweep. Colston is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

That was a close round but I would say that DerrMichael Colston will probably get the nod.

Colston drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Colston jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nogueira lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Colston!

You can see the frustration on Colston's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Antonio Ronaldo Nogueira showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
