Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joao Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Celito Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes to the cage accompanied by Carl Orff - Carmina Burana - André Rieu's version. Gracie is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Eye of the Tiger. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alves is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Gracie is defending well though. Alves let's go of the attempt for now.

Alves has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Gracie! Can he survive? No! He's out! Alves gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
