Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Little Druida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Banner Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Banner Bo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Little Druida!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Banner Bo!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Druida attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Druida shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Druida showed some decent athleticism there.
Druida is trying to work for a kimura but Bo is defending well.
Bo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Bo actively working from the bottom here.
Druida thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Druida prevents Bo from improving his position.
Bo looking for submissions off his back.
Bo won't allow Druida to pass to mount.
Bo tries to roll over but Druida keeps him under control.
Bo is pressing down on Druida's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Druida is looking to work some ground and pound but Bo has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Druida.
Druida swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Druida throws a series of strikes that have Bo backpedaling.
Druida fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bo on the side of the head.
Bo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Druida moves in looking to clinch but Bo pushes him off.
Bo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bo drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Druida dives on top into guard.
Druida missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Bo is trying to control the position but Druida postures up.
Bo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Bo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Druida is aware though and is defending well.
Bo looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Druida tries to free his leg and advance position but Bo is retaining full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bo is on top in guard.
Druida has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bo trying to control but Druida is working from the bottom.
Druida controls Bo momentarily but Bo frees himself.
Bo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Druida working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Druida manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bo shoots in and bounces Druida off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Bo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Druida is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Druida is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bo is aware though and is defending well.
Bo stands and throws Druida's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Bo has an Americana. Druida didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bo is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Banner Bo!
