The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Meridan is fending him off so far but Le persists. Nope, Meridan circles away and we're back to standing.
Le tries to clinch up but Meridan circles away and keeps his distance.
Panoma Le seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Le shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Meridan as he avoids it easily.
Le dodges the punch combination from Meridan.
Meridan misses with a few strikes there.
Meridan lands with an overhand left.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Meridan throws a series of strikes that have Le backpedaling.
Meridan lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Meridan misses with a wild combination.
Meridan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Le fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Meridan avoids it really well and circles away.
Dexter Meridan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Panoma Le.
Meridan lands with a nice body punch.
Le misses with a takedown attempt - Meridan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Meridan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Le backs up against the cage.
Le doesn't manage to clinch there - Meridan circles away.
Le moves forwards but Meridan connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Le is trying desperately to land a takedown but Meridan is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Le.
Le swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Meridan counters with a nice right hand that sends Le toppling to the canvas! Le scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Meridan finish him?!
Le is rocked!
Le looks for a takedown but Meridan sprawls well.
Le is still on wobbly legs! Can Meridan finish him?
Le looks gassed!
Meridan throws an overhand right that drops Le like a sack of potatoes! Meridan dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
