These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Kannegaard throws a solid leg kick but Douglas takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kannegaard.
Douglas tries to close the distance and clinch but Kannegaard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kannegaard lands a left and a right that send Douglas crashing to the mat, dazed. Kannegaard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Doug Douglas has been cut.
Kannegaard swats away the attempt to clinch by Douglas.
Kannegaard scores with a hook to the body. Douglas takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Douglas throws a right and a left that both miss.

Kannegaard is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Douglas.
Kannegaard lands a hook that stumbles Douglas back into the cage. Kannegaard follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Douglas to the canvas! Kannegaard pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Douglas has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
