The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Citrus shoots for a double leg takedown but Black sprawls well. He's pushed Citrus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Citrus throws a hook to the side of Black's head but Black sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Citrus checks a leg kick.
Black slips a straight right by Citrus.
Skoal Citrus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Citrus throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Citrus avoids a punch combination nicely.
Black ducks under a wild hook from Citrus.
Citrus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Black swivels and escapes.

Black doesn't manage to clinch there - Citrus circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Citrus thuds his right hand into Black's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like Damion Black has been cut.
Black tries to bum rush Citrus with a series of wild strikes but Citrus uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Black closes this distance looking for a takedown but Citrus circles away.
Citrus scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Black doesn't seem bothered though.

Citrus fails in his attempt to clinch.

Citrus throws the left hand but Black avoids the punch easily.
Citrus lands a big right hand that sends Black crashing to the mat! Citrus stays standing though and waves Black back to his feet!
Black is rocked!
Citrus dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Black is still on wobbly legs! Can Citrus finish him?
Citrus circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Black tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Citrus wins by KO!
