Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hector Troy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonny Five!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Lou da Vinci and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Troy drops Five with a beautiful combination! Five stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Troy is looking for the KO!
Five is rocked!
It looks like Jonny Five has been cut.
Five is looking to clinch but Troy is avoiding it.
Five is still on wobbly legs! Can Troy finish him?
Troy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Five stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Troy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Five seems to have recovered his senses.
Five looks gassed!
Troy keeps the fight on the outside.
Five throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Troy counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Five off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Troy follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Five was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Hector Troy!
