Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Bennett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Valfrid Ahlberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bennett comes to the cage accompanied by Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennett dodges the punch combination from Ahlberg.
Ahlberg misses with a few strikes there.

Bennett shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Bennett seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ahlberg for as long as he can get away with.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bennett feints and as Ahlberg raises his hands in defense, Bennett changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bennett shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ahlberg manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ahlberg is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bennett is aware though and is defending well.

Bennett got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ahlberg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bennett has managed to get both his arms back between Ahlberg's legs - danger averted.

Bennett has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Ahlberg rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bennett moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bennett shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ahlberg's guard.

Ahlberg is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
