Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Hach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Reefer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinton Hach has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quinton Hach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christopher Reefer!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Hach 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hach throws a head kick that misses.
Hach motions for Reefer to come forward. Hach throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Reefer throws a hook to the side of Hach's head but Hach sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A head kick misses from Hach.
Nice uppercut there from Hach.
Hach tries to close the distance and clinch but Reefer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Reefer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Hach is looking to clinch but Reefer is avoiding it.

Reefer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Hach is trying to control Reefer's posture but Reefer avoids it.
Reefer fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Hach manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Reefer wants to pass the guard but Hach is defending well.

Reefer thows a huge punch but Hach dodges it nicely.
Hach is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Reefer scores with a couple of nice shots.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Reefer checks a leg kick.
Hach throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Reefer blocks a leg kick.

Quinton Hach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hach dips to his left and cracks Reefer with an uppercut!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Reefer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A big left from Hach misses.
Reefer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Quinton Hach is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hach, right into the meat.
Hach throws the left hand but Reefer avoids the punch easily.
Hach cracks Reefer with an open hand slap.
Hach closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Hach looks to land a right hand but Reefer moved out of range.
The fighters circling - Hach throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Reefer moves out of range as Hach strikes.

Reefer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Reefer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Hach tries to lock up and control but Reefer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Hach manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Hach wants to get back to full guard.

Reefer is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Hach is trying to maintain the position but Reefer is very close to passing his half guard.
Hach moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Reefer missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Reefer won't allow Hach to sweep him here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Hach is looking to score with low kicks.
Reefer throws a hook to the side of Hach's head but Hach sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hach tries to close the distance and clinch but Reefer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hach sizes up Reefer with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Reefer looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hach!
Reefer lands a big shot there that rocks Hach but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Quinton Hach will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reefer swats away the attempt to clinch by Hach.

Reefer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hach lands with a straight right. Reefer didn't see that one coming.
Hach displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Reefer throws out the jab.

Hach throws out a leg kick but Reefer moves out of range and Hach only half commits.
Hach throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Hach is looking to chop away at Reefer's legs.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Reefer avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Hach closes the distance but Reefer moves to the side

and Reefer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hach's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hach not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Reefer cracks Hach with a solid left hand.

Hach is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Reefer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hach works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Reefer connects with a couple of short punches.
Reefer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hach wants to sweep but no luck.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hach is on top in guard.

Reefer looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Reefer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hach can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hach stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reefer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hach is in close to Reefer's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Reefer had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hach is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Reefer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hach's back instead.
Hach covering up well under a barage of strikes.
You can see the frustration on Hach's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Christopher Reefer will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

and Reefer counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hach thinking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reefer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

I would just about give that final round to Christopher Reefer.
I think Reefer has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
