Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Pimentel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pimentel comes to the cage accompanied by "Lamb of God" Walk With Me In Hell. Rob Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Jones! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones throws out a leg kick but Pimentel moves out of range and Jones only half commits. Pimentel shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Pimentel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jones tries to clinch there but Pimentel circles away.
Pimentel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Pimentel content to stall in guard here. Pimentel trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pimentel stays in close to Jones's body and controls the position. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Horrible takedown by Pimentel or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad. Jones is looking to chop away at Pimentel's legs.
