Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hector Muchacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Ryder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hector Muchacho has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hector Muchacho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacob Ryder! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryder keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Muchacho. Ryder changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Muchacho looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Muchacho throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Muchacho knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryder on the ground. Ryder is chipping away with strikes.
Muchacho is looking to regain half guard here but Ryder keeps moving and retains side control. Ryder lands a decent elbow from side control. Muchacho on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Muchacho tries to get out of the position. Ryder moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Ryder cracks Muchacho with a big elbow. Ryder in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Muchacho wants to control but Ryder postures up. Muchacho throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Muchacho is trying to control Ryder's posture but Ryder avoids it. Muchacho is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Ryder working the head and body with strikes. Muchacho throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ryder scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryder is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Ryder lands with a punch from half guard. Muchacho has a hand on Ryder's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Ryder takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Ryder content just to control the position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Muchacho can't escape the position.
Ryder fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Ryder lands a heavy elbow. Muchacho throwing hammer fists to the chest of Ryder. What's that going to do exactly?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muchacho is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Ryder with a couple of short strikes. Ryder sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Muchacho tries to get back to half guard but can't. Ryder lands a heavy elbow. Ryder controlling the pace for now. Ryder punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ryder scoring with strikes but Muchacho is staying in there. Ryder controlling from mount. Muchacho is bucking up trying to escape but Ryder cracks him with another couple of good strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Muchacho jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ryder gets the takedown into side control. Muchacho tries to bench press Ryder off him but Ryder keeps the position. Muchacho misses with an elbow from the bottom. Muchacho takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Muchacho is looking for a sweep. Ryder scores with a couple of short elbows. Muchacho is pushing Ryder's head away, looking to escape. Ryder manages to hold on to the position though. Muchacho tries to bench press Ryder off him but Ryder keeps the position. Ryder just content to control the position. Muchacho throws a couple of elbows from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Muchacho throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Ryder is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Ryder prevents Muchacho from escaping the position. The referee asks Ryder politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ryder prefers to stall for the moment though. Ryder avoids the strikes from the bottom by Muchacho. Muchacho tries to buck Ryder off but Ryder is having none of it. Muchacho is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ryder has just dragged him back down to the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Muchacho is trying to improve his position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Muchacho throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ryder uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Muchacho. Muchacho throws a looping overhand right but Ryder ducks down to avoid it. Ryder shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Muchacho napping and manages to drive through into side control! Muchacho is being controlled here. Muchacho tries to escape but Ryder is in control. Ryder remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Let's hope that Ryder has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muchacho wants to get back to his feet but Ryder drags him back down. Ryder cracks Muchacho with an elbow. That is naaassty. Ryder landing strikes. Ryder connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Muchacho some visible discomfort.
The referee asks Ryder politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ryder prefers to stall for the moment though. Muchacho tries to improve position but can't. Muchacho is being controlled here.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jacob Ryder just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ryder misses with a takedown attempt - Muchacho sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ryder shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Muchacho napping and manages to drive through into side control! Muchacho tries to bench press Ryder off him but Ryder keeps the position. Still in half guard, Ryder seems content to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Muchacho tries to get to full guard but Ryder has control of the leg. Jacob Ryder is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryder with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Ryder's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Muchacho wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryder looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Muchacho throws a strike from the bottom but Ryder passes into side control!
Muchacho is letting Ryder control him for a moment. Hector Muchacho has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Muchacho manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Ryder is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Muchacho is looking to stand up but Ryder isn't so interested in that idea. Muchacho is striking off his back. Ryder thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Ryder keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Muchacho punching from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Jacob Ryder comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ryder winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
