Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ripp Arrm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Mclovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mclovin has chosen Sandstorm by Darude as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fedor Mclovin! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arrm explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Arrm scores with a leg kick.

Mclovin tries to clinch but Arrm moves out of range. Arrm throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Arrm looks to land a left hand but Mclovin moved out of range nicely. Mclovin throws a body kick that misses. Arrm misses with a low kick as Mclovin jumps back. Mclovin checks a low kick from Arrm. Mclovin checks a leg kick. Ripp Arrm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arrm misses with a low kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Arrm misses with a body kick. Arrm misses the shot to the body. Arrm scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The ground and pound from Arrm seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Arrm goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mclovin has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Arrm but great work by Mclovin. Arrm is looking for a sweep.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Mclovin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Arrm.
Mclovin throws a head kick that misses. Arrm shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mclovin napping and manages to drive through into side control! Arrm is looking to take a break and control but Mclovin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arrm goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mclovin has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Arrm but great work by Mclovin. Arrm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mclovin off and has taken his back! Mclovin showing good submission defense here.
Arrm throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Mclovin is trying to stand back up. Arrm looking to break Mclovin's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Mclovin remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Arrm will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mclovin has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Arrm. Arrm has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Arrm throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Arrm doesn't have the hooks in and Mclovin manages to turn into his guard.
Mclovin gets to his feet. Arrm looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Arrm pulls out of a head kick attempt.
No luck for Mclovin with that takedown attempt. Mclovin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ripp Arrm dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Arrm throws a hook to the side of Mclovin's head but Mclovin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Arrm tried to score with a low kick but Mclovin checks it. Fedor Mclovin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Arrm closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Arrm missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Mclovin wants to get back to his feet.
Arrm is working for a submission of some sort.

That's one minute gone in the round. Arrm stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mclovin swivels though and keeps the full guard. Arrm is working hard here to advance position. Mclovin keeping moving, preventing Arrm from controlling successfully. Arrm drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mclovin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Arrm has Mclovin in his guard. Mclovin trying to control the position from guard on top but Arrm is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Arrm has a closed guard, preventing Mclovin from standing up. Mclovin looking to pass the guard. Arrm has control of Mclovin's left arm, preventing Mclovin from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mclovin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Mclovin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Arrm tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Arrm throws a body kick that misses. Mclovin jabbing away but nothing is landing. Arrm lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Arrm scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Arrm misses with a hook. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Arrm misses with an uppercut. Mclovin saw that one coming. Mclovin looks to score with a jab to the body but Arrm is just out of range. Arrm shoots for a double leg takedown but Mclovin sprawls well. He's pushed Arrm's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mclovin stands and steps away. Arrm gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Arrm swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Arrm pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mclovin is out of range and Arrm settles back down. Mclovin ducks right into an uppercut from Arrm.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arrm connects with a high kick. Arrm closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mclovin circles away. Arrm misses the shot to the body. Arrm throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mclovin throws a big shot that misses. Mclovin tries to close the distance and clinch but Arrm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Arrm avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Mclovin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Arrm counters with a left to the body. Arrm throws a head kick that misses. Arrm tests Mclovin's chin there with a solid looking shot. Arrm scores with a leg kick.
Mclovin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Arrm controls Mclovin momentarily but Mclovin frees himself. Mclovin wants to stand and escape but instead Arrm has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Arrm postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mclovin is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Arrm, into his guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close third round but Fedor Mclovin just about did enough to take it. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Mclovin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Arrm cracks Mclovin with an open hand slap. Arrm throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Mclovin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Arrm wants to land a leg kick but Mclovin is out of range. That's one minute gone in the round. Mclovin throws a looping overhand right but Arrm ducks down to avoid it. Arrm has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Mclovin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Arrm moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Arrm takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Mclovin shoots for a double leg takedown but Arrm sprawls well. He's pushed Mclovin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Arrm feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mclovin's calf. Arrm sizes up Mclovin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Arrm tries to work over Mclovin's front leg with a kick but Mclovin checks it. Mclovin tries to close the distance and clinch but Arrm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Arrm pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Arrm throws a right hand that Mclovin ducks under and follows up with a left that Mclovin also avoids with ease. Arrm shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. A telegraphed right hand from Arrm misses the target. A nice leg kick lands there from Arrm. Mclovin checks the leg kick. Mclovin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Arrm counters with a slapping leg kick. Mclovin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Arrm was well out of range. Poor timing from Mclovin. Arrm swings away with a leg kick that misses. Arrm misses with a body kick. Mclovin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Arrm throws out the jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arrm misses with an uppercut. Mclovin saw that one coming. Arrm misses with a low kick as Mclovin jumps back. Arrm throws a hook to the side of Mclovin's head but Mclovin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Arrm throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Mclovin counters with a one-two to the body. Arrm throws a push kick but Mclovin slaps the foot to one side. Arrm throws a leg kick that is checked and Mclovin counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Arrm throws a leg kick that is checked and Arrm takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ripp Arrm is winning the standup battle so far. Arrm keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mclovin tries to clinch up. Arrm tries to land a body kick and Mclovin counters with a shoot takedown. Arrm fights it but they end up in guard. Arrm not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mclovin wants to get up but he can't break Arrm's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Arrm looking for subs off his back but Mclovin has passed one foot through into half guard.
Mclovin tries to stand but can't do so whilst Arrm controls his leg. Arrm wants to improve his position but Mclovin is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Mclovin dominated that fourth round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Mclovin scores with a spinning back kick! Mclovin's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Arrm throws a leg kick and Mclovin counters with a lovely straight right hand! Arrm avoids the head kick by Mclovin.

A low kick from Arrm misses and Mclovin counters with a stiff right hand. Arrm throws a leg kick but Mclovin checks it. Mclovin listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Arrm closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mclovin to the mat! Mclovin manages to get full guard. Fedor Mclovin has got the better of the ground game so far. Arrm won't allow Mclovin to sweep him here. Arrm drops back, looking for a kneebar! Mclovin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Mclovin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Mclovin! Arrm can't do much from the bottom here.

Arrm is trying to get an arm triangle but Mclovin is defending well. Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. Arrm swings around for an armbar but Mclovin sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Arrm's guard.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Fedor Mclovin. I think Mclovin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The fight is ruled a draw! Ripp Arrm retains his title. It's always disappointing when a championship fight ends as a draw but that's what happens when you leave the fight in the judges hands!
