The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pridmore tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pridmore throws a hook but Douglas avoids it easily.
Pridmore staying out of range there.
Pridmore throws a head kick that misses.
Pridmore misses with a looping right.
Pridmore looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Douglas tests Pridmore's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Mark Pridmore has been cut.
Pridmore avoids a punch combination nicely.
Douglas checks a leg kick.
Douglas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pridmore shoots in but Douglas avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Douglas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Douglas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pridmore on the side of the head.
Pridmore doesn't manage to clinch there - Douglas circles away.
Pridmore moves out of range as Douglas strikes.
Pridmore tries for a takedown but Douglas sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Douglas throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Douglas cracks Pridmore with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Pridmore looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Douglas finish him?
Pridmore is rocked!
Douglas lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Pridmore crumples to the floor! Douglas milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
