Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Fraser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Electric Feel!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fraser feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fraser is in close to Feel's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Fraser wants to control from the top but Feel keeps moving.
Fraser keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Feel's head.

Feel is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fraser defends well.

Feel is bucking up trying to escape but Fraser cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Feel feints and as Fraser raises his hands in defense, Feel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Feel wants to pass the guard but Fraser is keeping the position.

Feel is breathing heavily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fraser is on top in guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Fraser wants to control from the top but Feel keeps moving.
Fraser seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Fraser working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The referee asks Fraser politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Fraser prefers to stall for the moment though.
Feel bucks up and tries to throw Fraser off but instead Fraser has got his back!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Tim Fraser just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Feel has hold of Fraser's hands but Fraser slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Fraser looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Feel with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Fraser closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fraser lands in his opponent's guard.

Fraser has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Feel's face.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Feel can do anything to dispel that myth.
