Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenata Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Che Sin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sin has chosen Relight My Fire as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Che Sin! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sin tries a low kick but Takahashi avoids it. Sin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sin throws a left and a right that both miss
and Takahashi makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Sin really felt that one! Sin takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Takahashi tries to clinch up but Sin circles away and keeps his distance. Sin misses with the body kick and Takahashi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Takahashi tries to clinch there but Sin circles away.
No joy there for Sin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sin tries for a takedown but Takahashi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Takahashi tries to clinch up. Nice shot lands for Sin. Sin gets off balance looking for a body kick and Takahashi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Takahashi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sin.
Takahashi throws a right and a left that Sin avoids nicely. An inside leg kick lands from Takahashi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sin swats away the attempt to clinch by Takahashi. Takahashi lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Che Sin has been cut. Takahashi pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A lazy body kick from Sin and Takahashi counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sin is lucky that one didn't land flush. Takahashi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sin moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Takahashi is rocked! Takahashi throws a series of punches but Sin moves out of range. Sin wants to clinch. Sin keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Takahashi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Takahashi lands with a slapping head kick. Takahashi seems to have got his legs back now.Sin throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Takahashi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takahashi stands up and waves to Sin to follow him. Takahashi is breathing heavily. Sin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Takahashi counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Takahashi. Sin can't break the clinch.

Sin throws a leg kick and Takahashi counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Takahashi misses with a body shot.
Takahashi takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sin misses with a right hand and Takahashi counters with a body kick. Sin forces Takahashi back against the cage and clinches. Takahashi is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Sin gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Sin tries to break the clinch but Takahashi is controlling the position. Takahashi prevents the takedown attempt.
Kenata Takahashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Che Sin. Takahashi is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Sin pulls him back up using the underhooks. Sin breaks from the clinch.

Che Sin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A low kick from Sin misses and Takahashi counters with a good, hard body kick but Sin shrugs it off. Sin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sin misses with a combination
and Takahashi counters by clinching up. Takahashi tries to stall but Sin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kenata Takahashi dominated that round. The cut man is working on Che Sin's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kenata Takahashi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Takahashi is fending him off so far but Sin persists. Nope, Takahashi circles away and we're back to standing. Sin tries to clinch up. Sin takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Takahashi has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Sin avoids a punch combination nicely.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sin shoots in and drives through. Takahashi sprawls well. Takahashi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A low kick from Sin is predictable there and Takahashi counters with a head kick. That will keep Sin thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Sin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Sin keeps control of Takahashi as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sin pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sin wants to stand and escape but Takahashi is having none of it. Sin is striking but Takahashi is not phased and passes to half guard. Takahashi in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Sin tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Takahashi!
