The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson connects with a right hand. Tarkatan shakes it off.
It looks like Baraka Tarkatan has been cut.
Tarkatan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tarkatan tries to clinch up.
Johnson lands a nice shot to the body.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Tarkatan avoids it well.
Tarkatan plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tarkatan throws a head kick but Johnson moves out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A good leg kick by Tarkatan.
Johnson drops Tarkatan with a beautiful combination! Tarkatan stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Johnson is looking for the KO!
Tarkatan is rocked!
Johnson sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Tarkatan's defenses. It connects perfectly with Tarkatan's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
