Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Frary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lionel Diarra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Frary! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lionel Diarra! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frary has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Frary there as he acknowledges the shot. Frary slips a jab and a cross from Diarra.
Diarra throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frary. Diarra shoots in for a double leg but Frary sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Frary throws out a loose jab but Diarra uses good head movement to avoid it. Frary looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Frary is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frary seems to be working for a kimura but Diarra defends the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frary trying to control the action but Diarra is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Diarra has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Frary is working away from the top position though. Frary trying to control the action but Diarra is working from the bottom. Frary is thwarting Diarra's attempts to control the position. Frary is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Frary is working for a kimura but Diarra is defending it quite comfortably.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Diarra fails with the takedown and Frary counters with a nice double leg into side control. Diarra won't be happy with that. Frary tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Frary is breathing heavily. Frary throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Diarra works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Diarra is defending against the submission attempts here by Frary.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diarra is looking to control Frary's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Diarra avoid being mounted? Diarra actively working from the bottom here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Frary is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Diarra is defending against the submission attempts here by Frary.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Diarra wants to control but Frary is keeping busy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Diarra tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frary paws at him with a jab and circles away. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Diarra tries to clinch but Frary moves out of range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frary avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Diarra goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Steve Frary will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It looks like Steve Frary has been cut. Diarra struggling a bit here. The strikes coming from Frary are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Frary working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Frary tries for a kimura but Diarra is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diarra is trying to control Frary's posture but Frary avoids it. Diarra manages to get back to half guard. Diarra tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Nice jab there from Diarra. Frary dodges the punch combination from Diarra.
Lionel Diarra is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Diarra takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Diarra thuds his right hand into Frary's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Frary shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Diarra but Diarra pushes him off and we're back to square one. Diarra drops Frary with a beautiful combination! Frary stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Diarra is looking for the KO!
Frary is rocked! Diarra stalks Frary and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Frary's face. Frary staggers backwards, shaken. Diarra misses with a takedown attempt - Frary sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Diarra goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Oh Frary is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diarra tries to clinch there but Frary circles away.
Frary seems to have got his legs back now. Diarra with a lazy takedown attempt and Frary counters with a single leg into guard. Diarra didn't expect that. Steve Frary has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lionel Diarra. Frary drops back looking for a leg! Diarra is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Diarra manages to kick Frary off! Frary jumps back into Diarra's guard. Frary trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Frary trying to control the position from guard on top but Diarra is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frary is fighting to break Diarra's control of his arms but Diarra is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Diarra is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Frary has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Diarra to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Frary is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Diarra pulls down on the head and he's put Frary to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Lionel Diarra!
