Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rem Alejandrino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ducci Dante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alejandrino comes to the cage accompanied by Sepultura - Chaos AD. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rem Alejandrino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dante checks a leg kick.
Alejandrino throws a leg kick but Dante sees it coming and moves out of range.
Alejandrino moves out of range of the leg kick from Dante.
Some bone on bone action there as Dante checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Dante misses with a head kick.
Dante doesn't manage to clinch there - Alejandrino circles away.
Alejandrino shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dante as he avoids it easily.
Dante thows a body shot but no joy.
Alejandrino will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Dante throws a leg kick which misses Alejandrino's front leg but catches the back leg as Alejandrino tries to avoid it.
Alejandrino shoots for a double leg takedown but Dante sprawls well. He's pushed Alejandrino's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Dante throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Alejandrino was covering up waiting for the punch and Dante finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Alejandrino is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dante lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Dante tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Alejandrino paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Alejandrino shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dante pinned against the cage. Dante gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Alejandrino throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dante stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dante swats away the attempt to clinch by Alejandrino.
Dante throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
A clash of legs there as Dante blocks the low kick.
Dante tries for a takedown but Alejandrino sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Alejandrino crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dante - the referee stops the clock and Alejandrino gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dante. Alejandrino manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Rem Alejandrino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ducci Dante comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Dante has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
