Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Todd Grosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gibesi Aymeric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Todd Grosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gibesi Aymeric! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grosh tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Aymeric swivels and escapes. Aymeric swats away the attempt to clinch by Grosh. Grosh throws a series of punches but Aymeric moves out of range. Grosh is looking to clinch but Aymeric is avoiding it.
Aymeric throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grosh's waist but Grosh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aymeric off to one side. Aymeric on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Grosh fails with the takedown and Aymeric counters with a nice double leg into side control. Grosh won't be happy with that. Grosh is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Aymeric is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Aymeric looks gassed! You can see the frustration on Grosh's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grosh is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Aymeric is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Aymeric is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Grosh is trying to escape and Aymeric transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Grosh is forced to tap! Nice work there by Aymeric! Very nice indeed!
