Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stone Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kidd Chris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by Gonna Fly Now. Chris comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Game kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stone Walker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kidd Chris! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Walker looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Walker wants to clinch. Chris shoots in but Walker avoids the takedown attempt easily. Walker misses with the combination.
Chris darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Chris stalling away here and it's allowed Walker to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chris trying to control the position from guard on top but Walker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Chris should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Chris is looking to work some ground and pound but Walker has wrist control. Chris pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Walker is keeping the position for now. Chris wants to control from the top but Walker keeps moving. Chris throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Walker works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Chris won't allow Walker to get back to his feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Walker tries to clinch but Chris moves out of range. A combination from Walker does no damage. Walker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Chris moves into the clinch successfully.
Chris looking for a takedown. Chris with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Chris tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Walker smiles and moves away.
Stone Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kidd Chris. Chris tries to clinch but Walker moves out of range. Walker throws a sloppy head kick and Chris moves out of range easily. Walker throws a series of punches but Chris avoids them all with ease. Nice cross by Walker. Chris has managed to clinch.
Walker can't break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chris looking for a takedown. Chris tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Walker has had enough of the clinch but Chris keeps him there for the moment. Walker tries to break the clinch but Chris is controlling the position. Chris using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Walker is breathing heavily. Chris looking to throw knees to the head but Walker is blocking nicely.
Chris wants a takedown.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Walker has had enough of the clinch but Chris keeps him there for the moment. Chris drags the fight down to the ground.
Chris tries to land a sweep but no joy. Chris is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Chris trying to strike off his back.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Chris looking to hit a scissor sweep but Walker is one step ahead there. Walker wants to stand but Chris has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Chris is trying to keep Walker in close.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Walker misses with a takedown attempt and Chris counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Chris thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kidd Chris dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Walker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Walker connects with a nice cross there... Chris is looking wobbly and Walker recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Chris to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Walker jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Stone Walker!
