Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cigaro Cibura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and shario mikn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mikn keeps the fight on the outside.
mikn shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
mikn trying to control from half guard but Cibura is working away.
Cibura looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Cibura is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Cibura has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. mikn is working away from the top position though.
mikn tries to pass the half guard into mount. Cibura knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Cibura tries to kick mikn off but mikn keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
mikn perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Cibura wants to clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
mikn fails to pull guard.
Cibura gets underhooks to prevent mikn's takedown attempt.
mikn tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cibura just stands there and leans against the cage.
Cigaro Cibura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of shario mikn.
Cibura tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Cibura breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
mikn tries for a takedown but Cibura sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cibura tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but mikn paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Cibura is pressed up against the cage. mikn has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cibura down to the mat. Cibura avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Cibura throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like shario mikn has been cut.

mikn slips a jab and a cross from Cibura.

mikn decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

mikn is trying to force a seperation but Cibura has the dominant position.

Cibura lands an elbow that stopped mikn in his tracks for a moment.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Cibura will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning mikn up against the cage.

mikn jumps guard but Cibura stands there with mikn around his waist. mikn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

mikn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cibura but Cibura pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cibura shoots in looking for a takedown. mikn tries to sprawl out of it but Cibura keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. mikn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Cibura looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

mikn tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cibura swivels and escapes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
mikn shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cibura as he jumps to the side.

Cibura rushes mikn and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
mikn can't get the takedown.
mikn has Cibura pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Cibura manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

mikn feints and as Cibura raises his hands in defense, mikn changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cibura wants to stand and escape but mikn is having none of it.
Cibura could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
mikn has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Cibura to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! mikn is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Cibura pulls down on the head and he's put mikn to sleep! This one is all over!
