Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chanse Cravens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chanse Cravens could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Max Bravo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chanse Cravens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max Bravo! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bravo shoots in for a takedown but Cravens shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Cravens pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cravens misses with an uppercut. Some wild striking there from Cravens.
Cravens misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bravo shoots in but Cravens avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bravo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bravo lands in his opponent's guard. Bravo trying to control but Cravens is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cravens wants to get back to his feet but Bravo is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bravo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cravens is keeping the position for now. Bravo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Cravens knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bravo on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bravo prevents Cravens from getting back to his feet. Bravo passes into half guard. Bravo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cravens defends it well. Bravo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Cravens doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bravo. Bravo looks gassed! Cravens is trying to escape back to his feet but Bravo uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Cravens takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bravo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cravens has escaped the position, nice work there. Bravo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cravens is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Cravens pushes Bravo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bravo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Bravo tries for a kimura but Cravens is defending well. Cravens is pushing Bravo's head away, looking to escape. Bravo manages to hold on to the position though. Cravens explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Chanse Cravens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bravo takes one to the chin there. Cravens misses with a double jab.
Cravens connects with a high kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bravo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bravo shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bravo trying to control from half guard but Cravens is working away. Cravens is trying to stand up here but Bravo is controlling him well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bravo decides to return to a standing position. Bravo forces Cravens back against the cage and clinches. Cravens prevents a takedown attempt there.
Chanse Cravens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Bravo. Cravens breaks the clinch.
Cravens throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bravo. Cravens misses with a wild combination.
Nice defenses there by Bravo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bravo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cravens's half guard. Bravo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Cravens is not content to let Bravo control the position. Cravens wants to get back to his feet.
Bravo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Cravens! Cravens's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Cravens bucks up and throws Bravo to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bravo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Bravo is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Cravens is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
