Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mr Shulululu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mr Shulululu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Wilson! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson tries to clinch but Shulululu is having none of it. Wilson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Wilson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Shulululu sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Shulululu blocks the body kick.
Wilson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Wilson throws a sloppy head kick and Shulululu moves out of range easily. Shulululu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wilson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wilson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Shulululu is looking to improve his position.

Wilson wants to free his trapped foot but Shulululu is holding on for dear life with his legs. Shulululu really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wilson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mr Shulululu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Wilson. Shulululu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shulululu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Shulululu trying to move into half guard but instead Wilson has managed to sweep! Shulululu is breathing heavily. Wilson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wilson trying to control the position from guard on top but Shulululu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wilson wants to stand but Shulululu has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Wilson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Shulululu. That was a close round but I would say that Mr Shulululu will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Wilson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Shulululu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Wilson with a poor takedown and Shulululu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wilson's guard. Shulululu looking to pass the guard. Wilson keeping moving, preventing Shulululu from controlling successfully. Shulululu thows a big elbow that misses. Shulululu drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wilson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wilson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wilson! Shulululu sneaks back into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Shulululu actively working from the bottom here. Shulululu is trying to get back to full guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wilson lands a nice short elbow. Wilson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Shulululu doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wilson. Wilson is stalling here. Shulululu is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Wilson seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Shulululu has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Wilson is not content to let Shulululu control the position. Shulululu is trying to get an arm triangle but Wilson is defending well. Shulululu is looking to take a break and control but Wilson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Wilson tries to bench press Shulululu off him but Shulululu keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Wilson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Shulululu swings around for an armbar but Wilson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Shulululu's guard. Shulululu keeping moving, preventing Wilson from controlling successfully. Shulululu is trying to keep Wilson in close.
Wilson wants to control from the top but Shulululu keeps moving. Shulululu pushes Wilson off and gets back to his feet.
Shulululu shoots and misses and Wilson counters with a single leg into guard. Shulululu didn't expect that. Wilson is in close to Shulululu's body, working some short punches and elbows. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson gets to his feet. Shulululu looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Wilson doesn't manage to clinch there - Shulululu circles away.
Wilson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wilson showed some decent athleticism there. Wilson decides to stand and escape the position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Shulululu gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Wilson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Shulululu's guard now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Shulululu looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Shulululu trying to control the position from guard on top but Wilson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wilson wants to sweep here but Shulululu controlling him for the moment. Shulululu wants to control from the top but Wilson keeps moving. Shulululu pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wilson is keeping the position for now.
