The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Cow fails to land with a series of punches.
Fernandes tries to clinch up.
Fernandes throws a sloppy head kick and Cow moves out of range easily.
Cow works Fernandes's body with a nice hook.
Fernandes doesn't manage to clinch there - Cow circles away.
A head kick misses from Fernandes.
Fernandes takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Fernandes looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fernandes is looking to clinch but Cow is avoiding it.
Fernandes gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Cow lands a big uppercut and Fernandes crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fernandes looks OK. Cow waves Fernandes back to his feet!

Fernandes wants to clinch.
Fernandes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cow scores with a nice strike.
Cow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cow lands a right hook to the body.
Cow throws a shot to the body.
A left lands for Cow.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cow closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Fernandes! Cow dives in looking to finish! Fernandes is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
