Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Iron Fist!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

B gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fist to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fist trying to control the position from guard on top but B is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
B is controlling Fist's posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
B wants to sweep but no luck.
B pulls Fist in to control the position.
B controls Fist momentarily but Fist frees himself.
Fist throwing strikes from guard but B blocks nicely.

B on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if B tries to get out of the position.
Fist is keen to just control but B is a slippery customer.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
B tries for a takedown but Fist circles away easily

so Fist counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fist wants to control from the top but B keeps moving.
B wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Fist drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fist jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

B bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fist's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
B stands and throws Fist's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Fist tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but B wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Baby B just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
B shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Fist counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fist.
B tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fist smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Baby B. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The is referee keeping an eye on B - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Fist tightens his grip and picks B up, before dumping him to the ground. B manages to land in guard.

Fist moves out of range of the body kick from B.

B shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Fist napping and manages to drive through into side control!
B slows the pace down.
B's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Fist loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Fist throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as B works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
B lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fist!

B seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fist for as long as he can get away with.

B will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Fist up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fist has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Fist takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
B wants to get back to striking at distance but Fist won't allow it.

B jumps guard and drags Fist to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fist accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
B has control of Fist's left arm, preventing Fist from doing any damage.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now B is on top in guard.
B controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
B stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fist swivels though and keeps the full guard.
B looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Iron Fist is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Fist controls B momentarily but B frees himself.
B seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
B tries to free his leg and advance position but Fist is retaining full guard.

I think Fist has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
