Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alocke Grenado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tony gravitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
gravitt looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Grenado throws a right and a left that both miss.

Grenado throws a right hand that gravitt ducks under and follows up with a left that gravitt also avoids with ease.

Grenado lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of gravitt backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

You can see the frustration on gravitt's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grenado decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Grenado shoots in and drives through. gravitt sprawls well.
Grenado stuffs the takedown.
Grenado doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Grenado takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
gravitt pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Grenado stuffs the takedown attempt from gravitt. gravitt gets slowly back to his feet.
Grenado throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around gravitt's waist but gravitt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grenado off to one side.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

gravitt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grenado is fending him off so far but gravitt persists. Nope, Grenado circles away and we're back to standing.
Grenado swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Alocke Grenado dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Grenado clinches up with gravitt and pushes him back against the cage.
Grenado is pressed up against the cage. gravitt has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Grenado down to the mat. Grenado avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

gravitt is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Grenado. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Grenado holds on and takes a little breather.

Grenado lands with a big left! gravitt is wobbled badly! Grenado comes in with a flurry of punches and drops gravitt to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
