The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikaels takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Killsbrough throws a right and a left that both miss.
Killsbrough leaves Mikaels with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mikaels fails with a takedown attempt.
Killsbrough rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mikaels moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Killsbrough scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Killsbrough misses with a double jab.
Mikaels dodges the punch combination from Killsbrough.
Killsbrough smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Killsbrough misses with a wild combination.
Mikaels tries for a takedown but Killsbrough sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blake Mikaels. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Killsbrough will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mikaels is breathing heavily.
Mikaels walks into a jab.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Mikaels. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Killsbrough drops Mikaels with a beautiful combination! Mikaels stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Killsbrough is looking for the KO!
Mikaels is rocked!

Killsbrough drops Mikaels with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Mikaels! Killsbrough dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
