The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eggemeyer dodges the punch combination from Hagman.

Eggemeyer closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hagman to the mat! Hagman manages to get full guard.

Eggemeyer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Eggemeyer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Eggemeyer won't allow Hagman to get back to his feet.

Hagman pushes Eggemeyer off and gets back to his feet.
Hagman pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hagman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Jacob Eggemeyer has been cut.
Hagman throws a series of punches but Eggemeyer avoids them all with ease.
Hagman getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
A combination from Hagman does no damage.
Hagman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Eggemeyer sees it coming and avoids it easily.
William Hagman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eggemeyer shoots in for a takedown but Hagman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Hagman has cracked Eggemeyer with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Hagman lands another huge swinging hook and Eggemeyer tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Eggemeyer, before Hagman can land any more shots!
