Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George Montgomery!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Doctor Baldacchino!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Steve Erwin and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montgomery changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Baldacchino tries to avoid it but Montgomery manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Baldacchino to the ground. Baldacchino escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Montgomery shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Montgomery was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Montgomery wants to control but instead Baldacchino manages to regain half guard.

Baldacchino is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Montgomery doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Baldacchino.
