Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunderson fails in his attempt to clinch.
jacksom tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gunderson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
jacksom shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gunderson napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Gunderson wants to control but jacksom postures up.
The strikes coming from jacksom are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Gunderson is looking to reverse the position.
Gunderson sneaks back into half guard.
jacksom prevents Gunderson from improving his position.
jacksom trying to mount his opponent but Gunderson defends it.
Gunderson is refusing to be controlled, as jacksom sits in half guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
jacksom shoots for a double leg takedown but Gunderson sprawls well. He's pushed jacksom's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Gunderson tries to clinch up but jacksom circles away and keeps his distance.
jacksom shoots in looking for a takedown. Gunderson tries to sprawl out of it but jacksom keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gunderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

jacksom looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Gunderson!
Gunderson is trying desperately to improve position.
Gunderson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Gunderson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Gunderson tries to get to full guard but jacksom has control of the leg.
jacksom is keen to just control but Gunderson is a slippery customer.
jacksom is breathing heavily.
Gunderson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Gunderson.
Gunderson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

jacksom is looking to improve his position but Gunderson isn't that keen on the idea.

jacksom has given up his back. Will we see Gunderson going for some submissions?
jacksom is in bad spot here.

Gunderson is working for a rear naked choke. jacksom is not defending it well and Gunderson has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! jacksom refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of jacksom's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
