Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lee Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lee Fist! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Knox! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Fist pressing his opponent against the cage. Knox fails to pull guard.
Fist pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Fist moves into the clinch successfully.
Fist manages to break the clinch.
Fist closes the distance and clinches. The is referee keeping an eye on Fist - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Fist seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Still in the clinch, Fist scores with a nice short uppercut. Fist lands a knee to the head.

Knox jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fist walks away with a smile on his face. Knox gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Lee Fist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Knox. Knox darts in trying to clinch and Fist counters by moving into the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fist clinches up against the cage. Knox tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fist just stands there and leans against the cage. Fist connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Johnny Knox has been cut. Fist content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Lee Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Knox moves out of range as Fist strikes. Fist moves into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Fist dominated that round. The cut man is working on Johnny Knox's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Fist tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Fist bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Knox's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Knox is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Fist's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Knox is trying to control but can't.

Fist gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Knox is looking to work some ground and pound but Fist has wrist control. Knox tries to free his leg and advance position but Fist is retaining full guard. Knox trying to control the position from guard on top but Fist is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Knox drops back looking for a leg! Fist is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fist manages to kick Knox off! Knox jumps back into Fist's guard. Knox trying to control but Fist is working from the bottom. Knox slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Knox working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Fist is trying to control Knox's posture but Knox avoids it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Fist has managed to clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fist tries to land knees in the clinch but Knox avoids the damage to the body. Johnny Knox has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lee Fist is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Knox avoids a punch combination nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Lee Fist showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fist, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
