Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Jeremy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krystof Teverdosky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeremy comes to the cage accompanied by Pantera - Walk. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maxwell Jeremy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krystof Teverdosky!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teverdosky fails with a takedown attempt.
Teverdosky misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Jeremy decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Jeremy is looking for a kimura but Teverdosky is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jeremy to get the leverage.

Teverdosky on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Jeremy is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Jeremy is nestled in close to Teverdosky, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jeremy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Teverdosky is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Teverdosky has escaped and now he's on top!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Teverdosky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jeremy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Jeremy throws a head kick that misses.

Teverdosky gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Jeremy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Teverdosky's guard now.
Maxwell Jeremy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krystof Teverdosky.

Teverdosky has his foot on Jeremy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jeremy works his way back into a safe position though.

Jeremy is working Teverdosky over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jeremy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jeremy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Teverdosky is looking for a triangle here but Jeremy uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Jeremy misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jeremy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Teverdosky has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Jeremy but great work by Teverdosky.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Teverdosky bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jeremy is looking to reverse the position.
Jeremy is trying to control Teverdosky's posture but Teverdosky avoids it.
Jeremy is trying to get back to half guard.
Jeremy takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Teverdosky in side control, throwing shots but Jeremy defends.
Jeremy gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Teverdosky uses his free foot to push down on Jeremy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jeremy.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

No joy there for Teverdosky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Teverdosky looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Teverdosky is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jeremy.
Jeremy throws out a powerful jab.
Jeremy throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Maxwell Jeremy has been cut.
Jeremy misses with a straight left.
Jeremy circles away from the clinch attempt

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Maxwell Jeremy will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Teverdosky is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Teverdosky is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jeremy is just riding it out for now. Teverdosky eventually gives up the hold.

Teverdosky pushes a forearm under Jeremy's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Jeremy is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
