Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bill Compton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petri Pakkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pakkanen has chosen Loost Koos - Pakkasta as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pakkanen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pakkanen looks for a takedown but Compton sprawls well.
Pakkanen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Compton pinned against the cage. Compton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Petri Pakkanen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pakkanen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bill Compton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Petri Pakkanen.
Pakkanen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pakkanen there as he acknowledges the shot.
Pakkanen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Pakkanen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Compton's waist but Compton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pakkanen off to one side.
Pakkanen looks gassed!
Pakkanen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Pakkanen looks for a takedown but Compton sprawls well.
Compton scores with a leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Compton drops Pakkanen with a naaaaasty hook - Pakkanen is in real trouble here! Compton dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
