Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Tierg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jackson Tierg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Steve Austin! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Austin smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Austin's corner calls for a 1-2. Austin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Tierg misses with a wild combination.
Austin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tierg is trying to defend but Austin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Austin performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Tierg punching from the bottom.
Austin is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tierg is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Austin pulls his head out easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin is taking a breather. Tierg says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Austin wants to stand up but Tierg has a hold of him and won't allow it. Tierg could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Tierg is trying to get back to full guard. Austin is taking a breather. Tierg says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Tierg won't allow Austin to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Still in half guard, Austin seems content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tierg wants to control but Austin is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tierg trying to get back to full guard but Austin takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Austin takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Austin is working for a guillotine from mount but Tierg frees his head quite easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Austin in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Despite being in the dominant position, Steve Austin just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tierg shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Austin counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Austin fails with the takedown. The fight stays on the outside here - Tierg looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Austin ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tierg is breathing heavily. Tierg has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Austin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Austin showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Austin stands up and waves to Tierg to follow him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Austin dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Austin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Austin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Austin controlling the position easily from mount.

Austin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Austin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Austin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Tierg momentarily.

Austin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Tierg tries to roll over but Austin keeps him under control. Austin with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Austin trying to pass the guard but Tierg defending well. Austin not doing much here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Austin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Austin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tierg on the side of the head. Austin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Austin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Austin is pressing down on Tierg's thigh, looking to free his foot. Tierg is holding on for now. Still in half guard, Austin seems content to control. Steve Austin has got the better of the ground game so far. Austin decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Austin misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tierg with a poor takedown and Austin counters with a shoot takedown. Tierg fights it but they end up in guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Austin slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Austin pushing down on Tierg's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Austin content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Austin wants to pass to mount but Tierg is defending the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Austin trying to control from half guard but Tierg is working away. Austin slows the pace down in half guard. Let's hope that Austin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Austin connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tierg. Tierg circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Austin comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Tierg is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Austin. Austin is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Tierg rather than just go for the knockout. Austin swinging wilding here.
Austin cracks Tierg with a good jab. Steve Austin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Austin throws a combination that misses and Tierg counters with a shoot takedown. Austin fights it but they end up in guard. Austin keeping moving, preventing Tierg from controlling successfully. Tierg has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Austin looking for a sweep. Not yet Austin, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tierg wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving. Austin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tierg can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tierg wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Austin looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Jackson Tierg has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Steve Austin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Austin keeping moving, preventing Tierg from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Steve Austin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Austin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
