Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carson McMurder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and marka im a get ya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying im a get ya's choice of entrance music: The Ramones - Surfin Bird. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

McMurder closes the distance and clinches.
McMurder is pressed up against the cage. im a get ya has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McMurder down to the mat. McMurder avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

McMurder has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

McMurder drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McMurder jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Carson McMurder overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McMurder postures up in im a get ya's guard and throws a big left but im a get ya blocks it.
McMurder slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
im a get ya bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McMurder's guard.
McMurder wants to sweep but no luck.

McMurder has control of im a get ya's left arm, preventing im a get ya from doing any damage.

McMurder is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
