Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caio Bagetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bagetti has chosen Bob Marley - Get up, stand up as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a series of wild punches.
Brown fails with the takedown.

It looks like Caio Bagetti has been cut.
Brown tries to clinch up but Bagetti circles away and keeps his distance.

and Brown counters with a flying knee that sends his opponent to the canvas! Brown looking to finish!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bagetti swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Bagetti shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bagetti is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Brown is surviving well by controlling Bagetti's body position as best he can.

Bagetti has hold of Brown's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Brown manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Brown throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.
Brown manages to reverse the position and now he's in Bagetti's guard. Nice work there by Brown.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bagetti moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bagetti swings around for an armbar but Brown sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bagetti's guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bagetti has an active guard here but Brown has managed to pass into half guard.
Bagetti is breathing heavily.
Brown is just content to waste time from the top position. Bagetti takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Brown stands up from Bagetti's guard - Brown perhaps looking for a knockout.

Marvin Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bagetti takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Brown swings away with a body shot that misses
and Bagetti counters with a single leg into guard. Brown didn't expect that.
Bagetti wants to pass the guard but Brown is keeping the position.
Brown wants to stand but Bagetti is controlling the position.
Brown trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

The fighters are battling for position here. Brown manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Brown scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Brown swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bagetti tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brown sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bagetti somewhat.
Brown gets a clinch.
Brown fails to pull the fight into his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Caio Bagetti showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Brown looks to score with a jab to the body but Bagetti is just out of range.
Brown throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bagetti stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

so Bagetti counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bagetti accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
