Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Tarasenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Twist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tarasenko's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Johnny Cash - When The Man Comes Around. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oliver Twist!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tarasenko has closed the distance and engaged Twist in a clinch.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Twist must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
