Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between william parris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Belial Kicker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, william parris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Belial Kicker! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! parris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kicker shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches parris napping and manages to drive through into side control! parris can't do much from the bottom here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kicker tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kicker has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! parris keeps Kicker under control for a moment. parris is trying to control Kicker's posture but Kicker avoids it. Kicker tries for a kimura but parris is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kicker looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. parris isn't going anywhere. parris can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. parris is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kicker is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Kicker wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by parris, who protects the arm well. parris tries to improve position but can't. Kicker working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. A control attempt from parris but he's now mounted! parris wants to control but Kicker is having none of it.
The referee stands the fighters back up. william parris just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Kicker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with parris but parris pushes him off and we're back to square one. Kicker looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. parris slaps away a takedown attempt from Kicker, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kicker shoots in for a takedown but parris shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. william parris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Belial Kicker. parris shoots in for a takedown and gets it. parris trying to control from half guard but Kicker is working away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. parris slips a nice elbow through Kicker's hands, connecting with Kicker's forehead. Kicker tries to roll over but parris keeps him under control. parris looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kicker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. parris drops an elbow to the side of Kicker's head. Kicker is looking for a sweep. parris is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. parris slips a nice elbow through Kicker's hands, connecting with Kicker's forehead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. parris missing with the ground and pound from half guard. parris working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. parris looks to land a strike but Kicker avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Kicker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. parris slips nicely into half guard. parris lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. parris wants to take a breather but Kicker is having none of it. Kicker wants to improve his position but parris is controlling well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kicker manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Kicker looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. parris is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kicker is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, parris has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Belial Kicker dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
parris changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kicker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kicker is looking to regain half guard here but parris keeps moving and retains side control. The strikes coming from parris are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Kicker can't do much from the bottom here. Kicker is positioning himself to get back to half guard. parris scores with a couple of short elbows. Kicker regains half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. parris wants to take a breather but Kicker is having none of it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. parris bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kicker takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Kicker manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! parris trying to hold on to Kicker's head to control him but Kicker postures up.
Kicker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but parris sees it coming and defends easily. Kicker is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kicker looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. parris keeping control of the position. Kicker is trying for a kimura here. parris looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Kicker wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Belial Kicker!
