Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kugi Joroinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Look For Me. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joroinen misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jones tries for a takedown but Joroinen circles away easily
so Joroinen counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Joroinen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Joroinen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Joroinen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Joroinen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jones is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Joroinen, into his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Joroinen throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Joroinen has a closed guard, preventing Jones from standing up.
Jones is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Jones looks gassed!
Jones is sitting in close to Joroinen's body. Joroinen has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Jones is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Jones is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Joroinen.
