The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nordshaw has Liddel up against the cage in a clinch.
Liddel looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nordshaw blocks an uppercut.
Liddel wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nordshaw has him pressed against the cage.
Nordshaw presses Liddel against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Nordshaw escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nordshaw misses with a few strikes there.
Nordshaw throws a right and a left that both miss.

Nordshaw moves into range and clinches up with Liddel.
Nordshaw lands a shoulder strike.
Liddel takes a shot to the head.

It looks like Chunk Liddel has been cut.

Nordshaw fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Liddel, pushing him back against the cage.
