Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fred Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Velvet Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Big Pimpin as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Velvet Jones!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Jones slips a jab from Simmons.
Simmons lands with a cross.
Simmons misses with a hook.
Simmons throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely.
Jones misses with a double jab.
Jones thows a left - swing and a miss!
Simmons jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Simmons lands an overhand right.
Jones with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Simmons to score with a decent uppercut.
Donk. Jones catches Simmons right on the button with a cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Simmons throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Simmons.

Simmons slips under a jab.
Simmons throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Fred Simmons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Jones does it's job there.
Simmons jabs Jones right on the nose. Jones blinks but takes it well.
A punch lands to the side of Jones 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Simmons closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Simmons lands in his opponent's guard.
Jones keeping moving, preventing Simmons from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones wants to stand and escape but Simmons is having none of it.
Simmons sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jones's guard.
Simmons is keen to just control but Jones is a slippery customer.
Jones is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Simmons has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Jones is tapping! This fight is all over!
