The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carwin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Harvin has one foot on Carwin's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Harvin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Carwin counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Carwin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Harvin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carwin working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Harvin's head.

Carwin loads up on a big left hand. Harvin felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Carwin looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Harvin can't hide his disappointment, as Carwin celebrates the victory.
